The freedom of emotion, movement, storytelling and creativity was what filled his soul. Exploring more in the world of dance, he began to study Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Swing, Latin, Musical Theater, Ballet, and Tap with the finest dance instructors and institutions in the country, including Chapman University, Anaheim Ballet Academy, Jimmy Defores, The Edge, and The Young Americans..

Tim has won many National and Regional choreography awards along with Studio Director of the Year, and Studio of The Year.  He has created for many different organizations  including Stage and Screen, High School and University Productions, Church Organizations, Theme parks-Disneyland, Jr./High school Show Choirs, Drill Teams, and Competitive Studio Dance Teams. He has also judged national dance competitions along with teaching various master classes throughout the country focusing on jazz and contemporary.

Tim in 2008 joined RK Production Team as one of Super Bowl Half-Time Show Choreographers.  Tim has worked with greats as Faith Hill, Jennifer Hudson, Bruce Springsteen and E Street Band, Black Eyed Peas, Slash, Usher, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, LMFAO, Cirque du Soleil, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A., Cee Lo Green, Alicia Keys, Destiny’s Child, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Missy Elliot, Katy Perry, Coldplay, Luke Bryant,  Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Maroon 5, JLO and Shakira and in 2021, The Weeknd, Dr Dre, Snoop Dog, Mary J Blige, Travis Scott, Eminem.
